Melee is much fairer now, because to win, you have to have a definite health adventage. Otherwise, you both die.

Also, an arguement is never settled with a fight, just makes the participants madder. Let's stick with facts.
And, I'm not blaming Microsoft. Ask them, they will happily admit to setting the price at ten dollars.
