I think a Proper raise to 25kb instead of 10 qould help alot. Since most people have custom made avatars and their more than 10kb. So I think it should be raised to 25kb as their max kb size if you can.

The maximum size of Avatars is 100000 bytes and dimensions 150x150

ok?.. lol you need to make it to where normal people have 100x100 and people who pay donations to the site get 150x150.. and some other extras.. So it would help you alot since you ahve to pay for this site..
